Dear Kim De Ruyck,
We're pleased to invite you to Applications of Quantum Computing in Life Sciences. This conference is jointly organized by VSC, the Flemish Supercomputer Center, and VIB, a non-profit life sciences research institute in Flanders, and will take place on 6 May 2024 in Leuven, Belgium.
Europe is advancing its quantum ecosystem, to leverage the potential of quantum technologies. The European Commission's plans include creating state-of-the-art pilot quantum computers, a foundational step in deploying non-commercial quantum computing infrastructure. Join our symposium for insights into quantum computing concepts, technology, and real-world applications in Life Sciences.
The program will include an introduction in the field, use cases and a panel discussion. Eric Michiels (IBM, BE) confirmed to present ‘Quantum Computing and its Use Cases: State of the Play’. Bryan Raubenolt (the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute) will introduce the first use case on Protein Structure Prediction.
If you want a thought-provoking insights into what's happening now in this exciting field, join your colleagues at #AQCLS24.
